Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:
  • Free Intro Calls: No charges, no refunds required.

  • Scheduled Paid Services: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.

  • Project-Based Work:

    • If cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

    • If cancelled after partial work, a pro-rated refund may be offered, depending on work completed.

    • If work is substantially completed or delivered, refunds are generally not offered.

Digital Products

Currently, ioneon does not sell downloadable products or subscriptions. If digital tools are offered in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect terms for those.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact:

Please include your name, service booked, and reason for cancellation or refund request. I aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Missed or no-show appointments without notice

  • Change of mind after project delivery

  • Work completed based on agreed scope
